Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
1-2tsp of Peanut Butter spread
Ideal Protein Chocolate Drink Mix
Ice (cubes or blended)
Make Chocolate Drink Mix as suggested, add 1-2tsp of Peanut Butter Spread according to preferred taste, add ice and shake vigorously. Enjoy. OR Add contents to blender and blend until smooth.
Vanilla & Carmel Smoothie
1-2tsp of Carmel Dip
Ideal protein Vanilla Drink Mix
Ice (cubes or blended)
Use same instructions as above.
